La responsabilidad principal del Front Office Manager será organizar, dirigir y controlar el área de recepción, incluyendo la oferta de habitaciones, teniendo en cuenta las reservas, entradas, salidas, facturación y situaciones especiales (cambios, overbooking, no shows, etc.) y optimizando los recursos materiales y humanos de los que dispone con el objetivo de ofrecer mejor calidad de servicio al cliente, más satisfacción a los trabajadores y la máxima ocupación y producción del hotel. Además, será el principal interlocutor con los servicios centrales de Axel Hotels, en ausencia de la dirección. Gestión Operativa: • Responsable de ayudar a los huéspedes con el registro de entrada y salida, además de todas las peticiones especiales de servicios o información, de acuerdo con los SOP’s. • Controlar la facturación del día, asegurando el cierre correcto de las facturas emitidas a los clientes durante el día, así como las facturas a crédito derivadas al departamento de contabilidad. • Gestionar los cupos asignados a los diferentes intermediarios. Gestionar las comisiones y validarlas (identificación facturación comisiones erróneas). • Supervisar las asignaciones de habitaciones teniendo en cuenta los requerimientos del cliente, sobre todo aquellos que sabemos de clientes habituales. • Generar los datos de Segmentación. • Controlar la caja y fondos de caja. • Planificar con los departamentos de pisos y servicios técnicos, la realización de los procesos de limpieza de forma que se garantice la satisfacción del cliente y el correcto estado de limpieza y mantenimiento del establecimiento. • Avisar al personal de limpieza cuando las habitaciones han sido desalojadas y están listas para la limpieza • Garantizar que se limpie y mantenga el lobby y las áreas comunes, así como los suministros de reposición y el riego de las plantas. • Controlar los desvíos entre hoteles. • Realizar las encuestas para medir los niveles de satisfacción de los huéspedes y usuarios de las instalaciones del hotel.
