As International Category Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness across global markets. /ph3What you can expect /h3pWe are seeking a marketing professional who will help us expanding STADA’s skincare footprint in Consumer Health. The ideal candidate will spearhead our skincare product lines, defining and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility, drive sales, and engage our target audience. The successful candidate will possess a blend of creative and analytical skills, with a robust understanding of the skincare industry, paired with a curious, investigative mind, taking pride in developing growth strategies and leading value accretive projects from start to finish. Knowing the Consumer Healthcare market well is a must; having a good understanding where the derma category will be heading in the coming years will be a plus. /ph3Who we are looking for /h3ulliProven Marketing and/or Sales experience (10 years or more) in the derma/skincare category in leading FMCG / CHC companies operating in an international environment /liliProven capabilities in digital marketing paired with a strong conceptual, analytical and strategic skillset /liliProven project leadership skills, delivering results in complex and ever-changing environments /liliTrack record in creating new products, concept writing testing, and developing new brands (ideally that have expanded into new markets or channels incl eCommerce) /liliSound knowledge of regulatory and legal framework of OTC medicines, medical devices, cosmetics and food supplements /liliFlexibility and agility in quickly transferring skills knowledge from one area of expertise to the other /liliStrong influencing skills and the capability to lead cross-functional teams across different regions and countries /liliStrong communication and presentation skills in English and preferably German helping you to inspire and guide teams. /liliEagerness to cultivate a growth mindset always focused on driving business value. /li /ulpbSTADA Group /b promotes its diverse culture, regardless of gender, age, social or ethnic origin, disabilities, religion, ideology or sexual orientation.
