You’ll create accurate quotes, coordinate gym layout drawings and BOMs, keep CRM records tight, and shepherd opportunities from proposal to order. SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES The Sales Support Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative and commercial support to the Iberia sales team (Spain & Portugal). This role is responsible for creating accurate quotes, coordinating gym layout drawings and bills of materials (BOM) with the pre-sales/design team, and ensuring opportunities move smoothly from initial stage to order. In addition, the role will support lead generation and qualification activities, partnering with marketing on campaigns and ensuring leads are properly assigned and managed in the CRM. You’ll be the operational backbone for the team—organizing information, driving new opportunities, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. · Draft, revise, and issue customer quotes in the CPQ/quoting tool; ensure pricing, discounts, and terms align with current price lists and approvals. · Conduct margin checks and capture required approvals; track quote validity and expirations. · Generate new leads; qualify inbound leads and ensure accurate assignment in CRM. · Track lead progress and follow up to convert leads into opportunities · Request, track, and follow up on gym layout drawings with internal design/pre‑sales teams; confirm space plans, electrical requirements, and BOM accuracy. · Validate that drawings match the quote and customer scope; coordinate site surveys when needed. · Maintain clean, complete CRM records (company details, contacts, stages, close dates); upload proposals, drawings, and approvals. EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / ABILITIES Required · 2–3 years’ experience in sales support, commercial operations, or customer service in B2B. · Hands‑on experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce/Oracle) and a quoting/CPQ tool. · Professional fluency in Spanish and English (written & spoken).
