En Gallery Hotel Barcelona 4*S estamos en búsqueda de un/a JEFE/A PARTIDA en nuestro hotel, dentro del departamento de COCINA. Gallery Hotel es un hotel de 4 estrellas superior, con más de 25 años de trayectoria y situado en el mismo corazón de Barcelona, junto a Passeig de Gràcia. El hotel ofrece una amplia oferta gastronómica en el restaurante Sintonía y una original carta de cócteles en la Terraza The Top además de, la celebración de los diferentes eventos y banquetes en las salas del hotel. ¿Cuáles serán tus funciones? -Control de la “mise en place” de su partida, de lo relativo a eventos y restaurante. -Controlar la recepción de mercancías y su almacenaje según corresponda. -Controlar el aprovisionamiento y reposición de stock de eventos en neveras y congeladores. -Producción de todas las elaboraciones (eventos, restaurante, etc.) en la cocina. -Controlar la limpieza y conservación de todos los espacios del departamento (cámaras, maquinaria, suelos, basuras y cocina). -Controlar la elaboración de las diferentes tareas asignadas a cada cocinero/a. -Control de recogida selectiva de basuras y reciclaje en su partida. -Control de cierre de espacios y maquinarias (cámaras, extracciones, llaves de paso, hornos, cocinas) de su zona de trabajo. -Participar en el desarrollo de platos, así como aportar ideas y opiniones. ¿Qué buscamos en ti? -Formación en Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Dirección de Cocina y/o Hostelería *Valorable formación en Gestión de eventos -Experiencia en el puesto de 2 años. -Que seas una persona creativa con buena memoria gustativa y olfativa. -Buenas habilidades de comunicación y gestión de equipos. -Que seas una persona resolutiva, con capacidad de toma de decisiones. ¿Qué ofrecemos? -Salario según CONVENIO -Contrato indefinido a jornada completa -Buen ambiente de trabajo en un entorno dinámico -Desarrollo y formación interna Buen ambiente de trabajo No lo dudes y ¡Únete al equipo de Gallery Hotel Barcelona!

IMPRESCINDIBLE QUE HABLE INGLÉS, además del castellano. SE DESCARTARÁN AUTOMÁTICAMENTE TODOS LOS CANDIDADTOS/AS QUE NO HABLEN IDIOMAS INGLÉS. Tareas a desarrollar: montaje, preparación, reposición y desmontaje del buffet de desayunos. Limpieza y soporte al responsable del equipo. Atención al cliente en sala durante el servicio de desayunos. Persona dinámica, organizada y con capacidad de trabajar en equipo y que disfrute con el trato al cliente. Se valorará experiencia previa en un puesto similar y disponibilidad inmediata. Contrato indefinido.
