Job Function MedTech Sales Job Sub Function Clinical Sales – Surgeons (Commission) Job Category Professional Locations • Cadiz, Andalusia, Spain, • Cordoba, Andalusia, Spain, • Granada, Andalusia, Spain, • Madrid, Spain, • Sevilla, Spain, • Proctor/Support cases in new surgical accounts as well as complex cases at experienced sites., • Perform After Action Reviews (AAR) with MDs following cases and communicate results., • Conduct Surgical Account Training & Management: Responsible for ongoing training at European surgical key sites. Enable and drive the growth and performance of our surgical business. Coordinate and lead activities with SAM, Franchise Team (TM/CC), Training department, Medical Office and manage customer education for new and existing accounts to ensure best clinical outcomes., • Establish surgical peer‑to‑peer networks across the region to share best practices and implement/support peer‑to‑peer educational programs (incl. physician proctoring) in cooperation with our Physician Program Team and Medical Office., • Support Abiomed’s goal to establish Heart Recovery as a new standard of care through the implementation of our surgical product portfolio, with training of MDs & hospital staff, about the appropriate use of Impella to ensuring excellent clinical outcomes., • Represent us at surgical conferences across the EMEA region., • Provide travel of up to 80% within territory required.Requirements, • Bachelor's Degree in health related field., • 5+ years of direct patient support in OR with cardiac surgery and/or surgical medical devices in the field of Heart Failure and MCS (Mechanical circulatory support). 3+ years of commercial experience related to products and technologies utilized in the cardiovascular space, Mechanical circulatory support., • Strong knowledge of cardiac surgery, perfusion medicine, mechanical circulatory support, ICU, structural heart. xcskxlj, • Preferred: Surgical background.Required Skills, • Cardiac Perfusion, • Cardiac Surgery, • Heart Failure Treatment, • Intensive CarePreferred Skills, • Account Management, • Analytical Reasoning, • Business Behavior, • Collaborating, • Cultural Competence, • Customer Analytics, • Customer Centricity, • Healthcare Trends, • Learning Agility, • Market Knowledge, • Market Research, • Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM), • Problem Solving, • Sales, • Solutions Selling, • Sustainable Procurement, • Vendor Selection #J-18808-Ljbffr
