Business Unit Description: Bitron Group's Automotive Business Unit, led by Bitron Spa, is a leading global supplier with expertise in various components for the automotive market, such as Human Machine Interfaces (HMI), powertrain, transmissions, chassis, electric vehicles, motorcycles, and industrial vehicles. Our manufacturing plants are located in different parts of the world, which helps us be close to car manufacturers (OEMs) and find the best solutions for their needs, even for complex applications. About the Role: This role is responsible for planning, executing, and documenting product validation tests, ensuring components meet functional and regulatory requirements. They use measurement equipment and analysis tools and collaborate with design and quality teams to solve problems. In a multicultural environment, they must possess technical curiosity, critical thinking, autonomy, and effective technical communication. Skills in data management and application of artificial intelligence are valued. Main Responsibilities: • Provide technical support to the Technical Manager in tasks related to the Technical Office and Laboratory., • Carry out laboratory tests and trials or designs in accordance with client requirements and/or group standards (electrical, pneumatic, electronic, environmental, etc.)., • Prepare and assist in the assembly of prototypes and samples for both new and existing products., • Conduct benchmarking studies and ad hoc information searches., • Document, record, and perform laboratory tests and reports in any of its disciplines: validation, reliability, monitoring, and functionality., • Produce Master parts (Reference Patterns)., • Build and machine prototypes that do not require high complexity., • Work according to the 5S methodology., • Provide support to the Quality Department by collaborating in the analysis of warranty parts., • Comply with the provisions of the Data Protection Law., • Comply with the Occupational Risk Prevention Law and Environmental regulations. Who we are looking for: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent., • AMFES / PPAP /APQP will be valued., • Good communication and interpersonal skills, both verbally and in writing in English and Spanish., • An entrepreneurial spirit, anticipating and mitigating project risks, and dealing with issues in a practical environment., • A cooperative mindset, enthusiastic to work in multidisciplinary., • Motivator and trainer for team members. Knowledge of French, German, or Italian is a plus.
