What is it like to be a Manufacturing and Process Engineer at DHV Technology? As a Manufacturing and Process Engineer at DHV Technology, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and efficiency of our manufacturing documentation and processes. Working closely with design, systems, and production teams, you will be responsible for the creation, validation, and continuous improvement of technical documents, process flows, and production tooling in a high-tech aerospace environment. This position is both technical and collaborative, requiring a proactive mindset, precision in execution, and a continuous improvement approach to support operational excellence across manufacturing projects. Responsibilities You will be engaged in all mechanical aspects of our projects, including but not limited to: • Prepare, review, and validate technical and process documentation, including work orders, Declared Process Lists (DPL), Manufacturing Flow Charts (MFC), and project-specific instructions., • Manage and coordinate the manufacturing dossier, ensuring close collaboration between Design Engineering, Systems Engineering, and Manufacturing teams., • Ensure compliance with the general documentation procedure (MAP General Procedure), maintaining document version control, traceability, and proper storage., • Coordinate and supervise the generation and revision of drawings, technical blueprints, records, and auxiliary documentation, strictly following established review and approval procedures., • Lead continuous improvement actions by identifying, validating, and implementing enhancements in manufacturing processes, tools, jigs, and facilities., • Collaborate with the Quality team to ensure manufacturing compliance with aerospace standards and project requirements. Education and Requirements To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements: • University degree in Industrial, Aerospace, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field., • At least 2 years of professional experience in manufacturing or process engineering, preferably within the aerospace or high-tech industry., • Experience working with structured documentation procedures and production workflows., • Knowledge of industrial standards and best practices (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma) is valued., • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) is required for daily communication and technical documentation. Technical Competencies Candidates should demonstrate strong knowledge and experience in the following areas: • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and technical documentation., • Experience in process optimization, continuous improvement, and industrial efficiency initiatives., • Familiarity with digital documentation platforms, process flow tools, and CAD/CAM software., • Attention to detail, structured working style, and ability to work cross-functionally with technical teams., • Knowledge of aerospace or high-tech production standards and validation procedures is valued.
