Among their functions will be: • Attend calls and emails from customers who want to make a reservation or request information., • Manage reservations, services, and activities of the group of companies., • Confirm reservations and send invoices to customers., • Resolve incidents or complaints that may arise during the booking process or the customer's stay., • Previous experience in similar positions., • Very high level of English or native fluency.
