Find out more about our mission to bring health in your hands at ACNU Platform Product Owner Our Team Our team focuses on transitioning prescription (Rx) medicines to over-the-counter (OTC) status, driving regulatory approvals, safety assessments, and commercial strategies to expand consumer access. This includes coordinating cross-functional efforts in compliance, marketing, and digital channels to successfully launch OTC products. As the digital organization continues to scale its Ecommerce and ACNU capabilities, this role will play a critical part in shaping and building the core digital infrastructure , while also establishing effective collaboration models with business stakeholders and other digital functions. Given that Ecommerce capabilities span across Business Solutions, Technology & Architecture, and Data & Analytics, the role requires strong cross-functional coordination . The team acts as the primary digital partner for the business in all areas related to our scope. About The Role As Product Owner for the ACNU (Additional Condition for Nonprescription Use) Platform, you own the vision, scope, and delivery of the digital platform enabling the transition of prescription (Rx) medicines to over‑the‑counter (OTC) status. You work across business, compliance, and engineering to turn outcomes into a backlog that ships. This is not a "requirements-only" PO role. You are expected to be hands-on and technical: able to understand and shape cloud architecture decisions, collaborate deeply with DevOps and engineering, and Cybersecurity; as well as with your business counterparts. Main Responsabilices Own and evolve the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for the ACNU platform. Own the backlog, write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and drive refinement and sprint planning. Lead stakeholder alignment and decision-making across business, compliance, and technical teams. Drive delivery with engineering and DevOps, ensuring quality, security, and operational readiness. Own platform‑level integration topics (APIs, data flows, retailer and enterprise dependencies), including risk and dependency management. Ensure the platform uses modern cloud practices (Azure), Git‑based delivery (GitHub), and CI/CD automation. Be hands‑on technically when needed: troubleshoot with the team, validate architecture choices, and build small solutions or prototypes to accelerate progress. Track progress transparently, drive clear ownership, and elevate early with actionable problem statements. Experience Proven experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, or similar role delivering digital products or platforms. Experience working with cloud-based products, ideally on Microsoft Azure. Experience working with Agile teams and tooling (Jira and Confluence or equivalent). Experience in regulated environments, healthcare, or complex enterprise ecosystems is a plus. Experience with platform integrations and cross-team dependencies. Soft Skills Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, including driving decisions in ambiguous situations. Clear, direct communication and strong writing skills. Ownership mindset, proactive follow-through, and comfort with escalation when needed. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, especially when delivery is blocked by dependencies. Technical Skills Solid understanding of cloud architecture fundamentals (Azure), including security and networking concepts at a practical level. Strong understanding of Git and GitHub workflows (branching, pull requests, reviews, quality gates). Experience with CI/CD (Azure DevOps and or GitHub Actions), automation, and release practices. Ability to work with engineers on troubleshooting using logs and monitoring signals. Familiarity with API‑driven platforms, authentication and authorization concepts, and integration patterns. Observability knowledge (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Grafana or similar) is a plus. Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent practical experience. Languages Advanced English required. Spanish or French preferred.
