Descripción del empleo Lo que harás… Preparar, recoger y transportar los materiales y productos necesarios para la limpieza y mantenimiento de habitaciones y áreas comunes e internas. Retirar la ropa sucia y basura de las plantas de habitaciones hacia las oficinas en el sótano y siempre que sea necesario del interior de las habitaciones hacia las oficinas asignadas en el hotel. Realizar las limpiezas programadas de cristales en habitaciones y áreas externas e internas del hotel. Informar de cualquier defecto de mantenimiento en las habitaciones y en los pisos de los huéspedes a través de KnowCross. Mantener en perfecto estado todo el material destinado a sus funciones de transporte y limpieza. Under the guidance of the Director of Rooms, the Housekeeping Manager is responsible for strategizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the housekeeping department. Additionally, ensuring that the highest degree of quality is maintained at all times. Job Description What you'll do... Ensure all departmental service standards and sequences of service are being upheld. Work collaboratively with all housekeeping partners on a day-to-day basis. Under the guidance of the Director of Finance, the IT Manager is responsible for ensuring functional integration of network and LAN hardware components throughout the entire operation. Job Description What you'll do... Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of technology including networks, workstations, POS, PMS, etc. to ensure efficient and revenue maximizing operations. Conduct capacity and performance studies recommending appropriate action to maintain standards of performance and capacity. Assist in performing hardware and software evaluation tests and determine appropriate installation or upgrade schedule. Administer, maintain and provide network level support for Hotel, Bar and Restaurant. Ensure functional integration of network and database server software and LAN hardware/software components. LAS NECESIDADES Las principales tareas son las siguientes: - Recibir y acompañar a los clientes durante su visita - Presentación del establecimiento y de la carta - Conocimiento y dominio de toda la carta - Toma de pedidos y servicio - Aconsejar a los clientes sobre su elección - Anunciar o transmitir los pedidos - Servir en la mesa de acuerdo con las normas del restaurante - Adaptar el servicio a las limitaciones simultáneas del comedor y del bar - Limpiar y ordenar las mesas - Preparar las facturas - Realización y control de las operaciones de cobro - Relación con los clientes - Escuchar a los clientes y responder a sus preguntas y comentarios (positivos o negativos). - Presentar la cuenta a petición del cliente - Restablecer las distintas zonas del bar a su estado original y finalizar el servicio - Preparación y limpieza de los locales y equipos - Comprobar vajilla y cubertería - Montar las consolas de servicio - Implicarse en la apertura del establecimiento para mejorar el rendimiento del bar Concedemos gran importancia a la profesionalidad y minuciosidad de los miembros de nuestro equipo. EL PERFIL Naturalmente, el candidato ideal poseerá competencias técnicas y la experiencia pertinente, especialmente en bares de cócteles: - Gestionar un servicio completo desde la llegada del cliente hasta su salida sin incidencias - Garantizar la calidad del servicio prestado - Situar al cliente en el centro de su actividad y misión - Reaccionar en tiempo real ante cualquier incidencia o avería - Organizarse para minimizar los tiempos de espera de los clientes - Trabajar en equipo - Conocimiento de los productos, en particular de los espirituosos - Dominio de las normas de higiene y seguridad - Varios años de experiencia como camarero/a en coctelería - Dominio de varios idiomas: español bilingüe - catalán fluido - inglés profesional Pero más allá de estas habilidades técnicas, lo que buscamos por encima de todo es una personalidad, alguien apasionado, comprometido, optimista y ambicioso.
