Job Scope: Assist and ensure to maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the premises and equipment. To perform various cleaning activities in any of the business outlets. Handle complaints/requests with professionalism and patience. Respond promptly to requests from guests. Maintain and keep records of inventory. Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices. What you'll be doing: • Clean shower rooms, Lounge, restrooms, corridor, elevator, stairway and other work areas so that health standards are met., • Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture using vacuum cleaners and \or shampooers., • Empty wastebasket, empty and clean dust bins, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas., • Change shower towels after every guest use and send to laundry., • General dusting of the lounge., • General check list to be followed to ensure that all guest amenities\ towels etc are in place and the shower room is ready for the next guest use., • Ensure that the time frame and job role is completed within the set time frame., • Carry linens, towels, toilet items, and cleaning supplies using wheeled carts., • Run errands such as taking dirty linens to laundry as required., • Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors, using brooms, mops, and powered scrubbing and waxing machines., • Keep storage areas and carts well stocked, clean and tidy., • Replenish supplies such as linens and shower rooms amenities., • Sort, Count and mark clean linens and store them in linen closet., • Report any damage equipment or maintenance need to lounge supervisor., • Carrying out fire, safety, and evacuation procedures as required by the Company’s Fire Policy, • Complying with the Company’s health, safety and hygiene policies, • Complying with company’s standards in relation to personal hygiene and personal presentation to the duty roster and at all times being mindful of personal appearance and grooming., • Reporting any complaints or guest problems to the Supervisor or Duty Manager immediately., • Carrying out any additional tasks and all other duties assigned for that day., • A minimum of 1-2 years' solid experience in housekeeping operations, • Highly motivated with strong communication, • A good team leader and player with positive attitude, • Good command of both spoken and written English, • Positive ‘can do’ attitude, independent with good efficiency, • Shift duty is required, • Work location : Airport
