With over 900 employees, we are strengthening our position as a European market leader. The Sales Lab Lead is responsible for identifying and unlocking the next levers of growth for papernest. This role acts as a growth engine within the sales organization, testing new approaches, markets, and strategies to drive scalable revenue opportunities. You will own the full experimentation cycle: from identifying potential growth opportunities, defining strategies to capture them, executing tests, and analyzing results to determine scalability. This role also includes managing a small team of sales professionals and ensuring strong execution of growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Growth Opportunity Identification Identify and evaluate potential new levers of growth for papernest (markets, segments, products, channels, or sales approaches). Conduct research and analysis to prioritize the most promising opportunities. Strategy Development Design clear strategies to capture identified opportunities. Define the sales approach, messaging, and go-to-market plan for each initiative. Experimentation & Execution Launch and manage structured sales experiments and pilots. Coordinate with relevant internal teams when needed (product, marketing, operations). Performance Analysis Track results and performance metrics of each initiative. Conduct post-mortem analyses to extract insights and determine scalability. Team Leadership Manage and coach a team of 2 sales representatives. Ensure strong execution, accountability, and learning within the team. Knowledge Sharing Document learnings from experiments and share insights with leadership and the broader sales organization. Required Qualities Drive: Strong motivation to pursue ambitious growth opportunities and push initiatives forward. Ownership: Ability to take full responsibility for initiatives from idea to execution and evaluation. Creativity: Capacity to think outside the box and test unconventional growth strategies. Business Sense: Strong commercial intuition and ability to quickly assess what can scale and drive revenue. Your profile : 3–5 years of total experience, ideally in sales or business development. Sales experience (SDR or SMB) with strong outbound skills: cold calling, email outreach, pipeline generation. Startup experience (1–2 years minimum) in a fast-paced environment. Some management experience, even short-term (a few months managing a small team). Fluent in English and French or Spanish.
