Main Activities Analysis and optimization of architectural aspects to enhance the overall value and market appeal of real estate projects. Preparation of detailed sales specifications based on in-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, and brands available in the market. Production of sales and marketing materials, including commercial floor plans, using AutoCAD, BIM-Revit, and Photoshop. Calculation of commercial areas and preparation of corresponding price lists. Requirements Degree in Architecture or a related field. 3–4 years of professional experience in architectural design, interior design, or real estate development.
