We are seeking an experienced, strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our web-based products. In this role, you will own the full product lifecycle; from discovery and strategy through execution and optimization, working cross-functionally to deliver exceptional user experiences that drive business impact. You will define product vision and roadmap, prioritize features based on user needs and business value, and partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics teams to bring products to market. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, with a strong focus on data-driven decision making and continuous improvement. Product Strategy & Vision • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives, • Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities, • Own the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and post-launch optimization, • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, • Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements for engineering teams, • Work within Agile methodologies (SCRUM or Kanban) to manage product backlogs and sprint planning, • Design and oversee A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize conversion, • Monitor product KPIs, user behavior analytics, and funnel performance to identify improvement opportunities, • Conduct cohort analysis, customer segmentation, and unit economics analysis to inform decisions, • Interface with leadership, marketing, customer support, and other teams to align on priorities, • Present product updates, insights, and recommendations to executive stakeholders, • Build strong relationships across the organization to facilitate cross-functional collaboration, • Drive initiatives across the full customer lifecycle: acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization, • Optimize conversion funnels, pricing strategies, and user onboarding flows, • Build a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement within the team, • 5-7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of shipping successful digital products, • Experience managing products in high-traffic consumer web platforms, subscription businesses, e-commerce, adtech, or SaaS, • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product ownership and measurable business impact, • Expert-level proficiency with product analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar), • Hands-on experience with experimentation platforms (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, or similar), • Solid understanding of web technologies, APIs, and technical architecture to collaborate effectively with engineering, • Strong analytical and mathematical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights, • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO), funnel analysis, and growth strategies, • Understanding of UX/UI principles, customer journey mapping, and user research methodologies, • Knowledge of online marketing channels, SEO fundamentals, and digital acquisition strategies, • Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels, • Strategic thinker who can also roll up sleeves and execute tactical work, • Data-driven decision maker who balances quantitative insights with qualitative user feedback, • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, • Collaborative team player with a growth mindset and passion for continuous learning, • Technical background or experience working as a developer, data analyst, or UX designer, • Degree or postgraduate qualification in business, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or related field, • Understanding of payment processing, subscription billing, or monetization strategies, • Youre a natural leader who can inspire teams and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders, • You have an eye for great design and user experience, with high standards for product quality, • You balance user empathy with business pragmatism to make smart tradeoffs, • Youre comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and iterating based on learnings, • You thrive on solving complex problems and turning ambiguous challenges into clear action plans, • Youre passionate about building products that users love and that drive meaningful business results, • You value transparency, open feedback, and continuous improvement in yourself and your team, • Generous training and development budget (10% of your annual salary), • 2x a year company on-sites, • 1x per year company retreat (think, Mexico, Dominican Republic…), • Flexible/Remote working, • 1 month paid sabbatical after 3 years with us!, • Generous PTO, • Day off on your Birthday, • Extended parental leave, • Health and Wellness Budget, • Health insurance, • Cool and modern office space, • Latest tech equipment Kodify is an equal opportunity employer and encourages diversity in the workplace.
