What You'll Do • Own and drive the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through close, with a focus on high-impact roles, • Partner with leadership and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics, • Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent in SaaS, CRM, AI, and/or social/content-driven industries, • Craft compelling outreach and candidate experiences that reflect our brand, culture, and mission, • Maintain a strong pipeline of both active and passive candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and market research, • Use data and insights to improve time-to-fill, candidate quality, and hiring efficiency, • 5 +years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth tech or startup environments, • Proven success hiring for roles in SaaS, CRM, social media, AI, or creator-focused industries, • Strong sourcing skills and experience filling both technical and non-technical roles, • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — you know how to collaborate and influence, • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment with evolving priorities, • Experience recruiting internationally or across multiple time zones, • Familiarity with recruiting tools like Greenhouse, Gem, or LinkedIn Recruiter, • Competitive salary: Attractive compensation package commensurate with experience and skills., • Remote work: We offer flexible working hours and location options, • Professional growth: Opportunities for career advancement and personal development in a fast-growing company., • Inclusive culture: Be part of a diverse and collaborative team committed to innovation and excellence.
