You take care of the check-ins and check-outs, solve problems and complaints and help guests with questions about the facilities and the environment. You also do a few administrative activities and manage the technical service book and makes ensure that it is followed up. Who are we looking for? The right candidate has a service-oriented open attitude towards our guests and can give that extra service. You can work independently in a hectic environment, but you are also a social team player.
