We want to do more than just provide infrastructure for our students. We believe we play a fundamental role in students' journey to independence. The right people are essential in this. Would you like to contribute to this as Operations Assistant in our Málaga Atalaya residence? We are looking for a dynamic, versatile operations assistant, who is eager to join a student residence with 229 rooms and the activity this entails. You will be working in an educational environment, with an exclusive package of services and accommodation in an exceptional location. Your responsibilities: • You are the (first) face of our reception at the student residence, • You take care of our customer service; you help students at the counter, by mail, and over the phone, • You manage reservations and therefore the check-in and check-out process. You provide our students with the necessary keys and cards, • You accompany visitors and future clients during open days, a tour of the facilities, etc., • You support the administration office, • You monitor the building and take care of coordination between the different departments (cleaning, catering, maintenance & gardening), • You apply the necessary protocols in emergencies Your working hours: This role requires you to work on the weekends (8h Saturday and 8h Sunday) and some additional hours on the weekdays (8h covering shifts). Total of 24h/week.     The Sales Executive is responsible for supporting marketing, leasing, and occupancy/revenue goals by carrying out activities related to leasing to new residents. These include qualifying prospective customers, arranging community tours and unit visits, and completing the required resident administration to secure the lease. Key Role Responsibilities • Works as part of a team, supporting and respecting other team members to deliver an exceptional living experience for residents., • Responds to all incoming sales inquiries promptly and in line with set targets., • Initiates proactive outbound contact to convert generated leads and existing database contacts as directed., • Understands, updates, and actively improves knowledge of the community, amenities, units, and features of the local area., • Ensures that all data capture systems and contact details are updated accurately and on time as required., • Plans and organizes daily activities to maximize the time needed to achieve the target number of leases., • Converts prospects and leads into appointments and viewing bookings to meet specific leasing targets., • Supports all communities, including cross-selling based on potential resident requirements., • Follows up on the receipt of required documentation, contract returns, and processes payments., • Manages lease cancellations in accordance with assets and regular platform usage., • Sorts non‑sales inquiries and ensures they are handled professionally. About You You must have a good general level of education demonstrating strong literacy and numeracy, possess advanced English and Spanish skills, and be proficient with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as other systems like databases or booking platforms (e.g., Salesforce). You should be comfortable using online and web-based resources to research and present information, communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing, and ideally bring additional language abilities.
