The Pasqual Maragall Foundation is looking for a Corporate Partnerships Program Officer to join our department of Strategic Alliances , within the area of Fundraising . This person will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of companies, foundations, and retail networks, thereby contributing to the sustainability of our projects. They will work closely with the Corporate and Foundation Partnerships Specialist to implement the corporate fundraising strategy and will report to the Strategic Partnerships Manager. We are looking for someone with experience in corporate fundraising and strong interpersonal skills, who combines business acumen with management and organizational abilities. Their mission will be to manage, cultivate, and expand a portfolio of partner companies, foundations, and small corporate donors, ensuring a positive experience and a sustainable relationship with the Foundation. Main responsibilities Implement and optimise, together with the specialist in companies and foundations, the corporate fundraising strategy, identifying new opportunities and cultivating existing alliances. Ensure that the actions to attract and retain these segments are aligned with the overall strategy. Expand the network of small and medium‑sized enterprises and businesses to guarantee sustainable income. Develop and present proposals and materials adapted to the profile and level of collaboration of each company. Organise visits and presentations for companies and foundations at the Foundation to strengthen the relationship and promote new opportunities for collaboration. Ensure regular, high‑quality communication with assigned companies. Define donor journeys for each of them. Contribute to the continuous improvement of materials and processes. Coordinate operational and administrative aspects of the collaborations. Register and keep alliance information updated in the CRM. Continuously monitor accounts and key performance indicators (KPIs) and participate in the preparation of reports and results analysis. Propose improvements and new ways of attracting customers. Collaborate with other areas of the fundraising department (data, digital, campaigns) and the Foundation (loyalty, communications, finance, social, legal, etc.) to ensure the success of established partnerships. Coordinate with the street and telemarketing team the activation and expansion of collaborations with small businesses, shops and pharmacies. Requirements University degree in Business Administration, Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Studies or similar, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years experience in similar positions in non‑profit or private sector organizations, with proven results in fundraising. Short, medium and long term planning ability. Budget management and control, to ensure the profitability of the actions carried out. Knowledge of the private sector and corporate social responsibility (CSR, ESG) policies. Languages: Catalan and Spanish (native level), and English (upper‑intermediate). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and experience in data analysis tools (Power BI) and CRM systems is a plus.
