What you'll be doing: • Perform all duties of the lounge in a professional manner in alignment with PPG standards and Operation manuals,, • Handle passenger admission process for various type of customers including but not limited to premium customers of contracted airlines, financial institutions, walk-ins etc in a smooth and professional manner,, • Prepare and serve food & beverages, including all hot and cold drinks, to the guests all times with a pleasant and friendly attitude,, • Provide food and drink recommendations to guests,, • Restock food & beverages and glassware, when necessary, throughout the shift, • Maintain the highest quality and consistent products & quality standards by following all Company drink recipes and procedures, taste coffee and other non-alcoholic drinks to maintain familiarity with products and quality standards,, • Perform opening, closing and side duties – setting up and tidying up the lounge, ensure cleanliness of glass surfaces or counter tops, and entire lounge area, ensure equipment is in good condition and food safety standards are met, • Follow and observe Health and Safety standards by following self-monitoring plan, properly labeling, dating, covering, and refrigerating the prepared items for the lounge, • Assist the guests all times with polite, friendly, and professional manner,, • Always maintain perfect use of Plaza premium Group uniform as a brand ambassador,, • Any other duty/tasks as requested by the Employer. Job requirements: • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in F&B operations preferably in hotel or catering industry, • Able to work in the bar, • Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, • Good command of spoken English and Spanish.

Work according to schedule: 8-hour shifts in the morning, afternoon and night The Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the live casino during assigned shifts, ensuring that all gaming activities meet company standards and comply with regulations. The role involves managing staff, resolving operational issues, and ensuring that players and partners receive the highest quality gaming experience. The Shift Manager works closely with other Studio Support roles to implement strategies, enforce policies, and ensure the optimal performance of the casino floor. Responsibilities: Team Supervision: • Supervise Game Presenters and Shufflers during assigned shifts., • Ensure that all staff members adhere to company policies, procedures, and gaming regulations., • Analyse staff schedules to ensure sufficient coverage during the shift., • Assist in training and mentoring team members, providing guidance and support as needed. Operational Oversight: • Oversee live gaming operations, ensuring that all games are conducted fairly and in compliance with internal and external regulations., • Monitor the performance of game presenters, and shufflers to ensure they are maintaining professionalism and high standards., • Identify, resolve and/or report operational issues, such as equipment malfunctions or staffing shortages, to minimize downtime and disruptions. Performance & Reporting: • Track and document shift performance, including player interaction, staff conduct, and any operational achievements and incidents., • Prepares and submits reports to the partners in the event of incidents, mistakes, responsible gambling issues, or deviations of the expected business parameters., • Report any irregularities or deviations from standard procedures to the Senior Shift Manager., • Provide feedback to staff members regarding their performance, addressing areas of improvement and recognizing achievements. Client Relations: • Address player or partners requests, complaints or disputes, ensuring that they are resolved in a timely and professional manner., • Ensure that the player experience is positive, offering assistance when needed and monitoring player satisfaction. Compliance & Standards: • Ensure all team members follow the company’s policies, gaming rules, and operational procedures during the shift., • Conduct periodic inspections of the studio, ensuring proper staff behavior, attire, and equipment functionality., • Stay informed about all relevant company updates, including new promotions, game strategies, and technological tools. Coordination & Communication: • Collaborate closely with the Senior Shift Manager and other departments to ensure seamless operations., • Relay important information to the team and provide updates regarding shifts, games, or policies., • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment to support team cohesion and motivation. Qualifications: Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese and good command in English (both spoken and written)- Digitally literate • Previous land-based and/or online supervisory casino experience, familiarity with gaming regulations and live-streaming technology is a strong plus, • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, • Leadership, management and analytical skills, • Ability to identify problems and propose correct solutions, • Proven experience managing live operations or similar team set ups in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities • Provide clear direction in assigning and instructing housekeeping crew in details of work., • Plan, organize, and monitor housekeeping team to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards set by the Company, which requires continuous visual inspection of the lounge and the lounge facilities., • To conduct performance evaluation of the housekeeping team., • Monitor and perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing and maintain the cleanliness and tidiness in lounges (public areas, shower rooms, back of the house areas, buffet counters)., • Establish and maintain adequate supplies for efficient operation., • Ensure proper usage of chemicals and cleaning supplies by monitoring usage, providing complete training for housekeeping crew and ensuring proper labeling of hazardous supplies in accordance with the Company’s, regional, local and national authorities., • Evaluate condition of furniture, fixtures, decor, etc. Make recommendations and assist in the coordination of rehab projects., • To cooperate and work in a team for development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of the quality management system., • To take initiative to identify areas for improvement and participate in continual improvement activities., • To undertake other jobs assigned by supervisor from time to time. Requirements • Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in Housekeeping, • Excellent leadership and communication skills, • Must be self-directed, motivated and demonstrate exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, • Demonstrate ability to multi-task, proactively prioritize needs and effectively manage resources and time, • Knowledge of basic sanitation requirements/controls and applications of relevant chemicals. Knowledge of policies applicable to housekeeping, • Good command of both written and spoken English and Spanish, • Shift duty is required, • Work location: Madrid International Airport
