The Opportunity A well-established and growing restaurant group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant in the United States. This role is ideal for a strong people leader with a passion for Spanish cuisine , operational excellence and delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operations of a high-volume, full-service restaurant Manage, motivate and develop large front-of-house teams, ensuring high performance and engagement Guarantee excellent service standards and a consistent guest experience at all times Work closely with kitchen and senior management to align operations, quality and commercial goals Oversee scheduling, staffing levels, training and performance management Control and analyse KPIs including sales, labour cost, productivity and customer satisfaction Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety standards and internal procedures Profile We Are Looking For Proven experience as Restaurant Manager (or strong Assistant Restaurant Manager) in high-volume restaurants Solid background in team management and leadership Very high level of English is mandatory ; Spanish is a strong plus Previous international experience or experience working abroad is highly valued Strong operational mindset with attention to detail and service excellence Comfortable working in dynamic, demanding environments with high service standards Passion for Spanish cuisine and hospitality culture What Is Offered Competitive salary package , aligned with experience and responsibility Leadership role in a high-volume restaurant with strong operational standards Opportunity to develop a long-term career in the U.S. hospitality market Supportive environment within a growing international restaurant group VISA Health Insurance Relocation expenses (air ticket)
