En Fundación Eurofirms buscamos un/a dependiente/a para incorporarse a una reconocida empresa dedicada al bienestar personal dentro del sector de la cosmética de lujo, la ubicación es en Marbella: Funciones a realizar: - Trabajar con tu equipo, el Shop Manager y el Assistant Shop Manager para conseguir conjuntamente los objetivos de la tienda y alcanzar tu máximo potencial. - Conectar con los clientes y aprendiendo a ofrecerles una experiencia de compra significativa; - Mantener la tienda limpia y organizada. - Los productos se presentan siempre de acuerdo con nuestras directrices de visual merchandising. Condiciones del puesto: - Contrato indefinido de 20 horas semanales. - Jornadas de 4 o 5 horas diarias. - Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos (mañana o tarde) de lunes a domingo, con los descansos establecidos por ley Requisitos : - Disponer Certificado de discapacidad igual o superior al 33 % o Incapacidad Permanente Total (IPT). - Se valorará experiencia mínima de 2 años en atención al cliente o venta en el sector retail. - Habilidades comunicativas, orientación al cliente y capacidad de trabajo en equipo. - Actitud positiva, compromiso y responsabilidad.
