The challenge As part of the Cybersecurity Delivery team, you will work as a Project Manager managing projects and work teams related to advanced penetration testing services, technical audits, security reviews, and customer advice, reporting to area managers and Cybersecurity management. Role's main responsibilities • Participating in national and international projects., • Managing end-to-end projects, from planning to completion., • Coordinating resources and ensuring alignment with the objectives agreed upon with the client., • Monitoring the project's financial and operational performance., • Leading kickoff, progress, and closing meetings with clients and internal teams., • Managing risks, resolving conflicts, and ensuring service availability., • Participating in R&D initiatives, internal training, and industry events. Minimum requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project and team management., • Experience in ethical hacking and penetration testing projects as a PM or team leader., • Experience in planning, scheduling, and project management platforms., • Knowledge of standards and methodologies (NIST, OWASP, CVSS, CIS Controls)., • Availability for occasional international travel., • Knowledge of web, mobile, and infrastructure audit workflows., • Familiarity with auditing tools and vendors, vulnerability analysis, and SAST/DAST technologies., • Experience working in mixed teams with dedicated client personnel and personnel working on multiple projects., • Experience in writing project progress documentation and overseeing technical reports. Language requirement English level B2. This will be assessed during the selection process.
