We support clients throughout the entire manufacturing lifecycle — from design and prototype development to production, assembly, type approval, and project certification — helping them manage risk and ensure compliance. Role Purpose As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by converting qualified leads, generating new business opportunities, and managing a strong, healthy sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets. Key Responsibilities Sales Performance & Target Delivery • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets aligned with business priorities, • Develop and execute clear action plans to drive consistent performance, • Manage marketing-generated leads in a timely and professional manner, • Conduct effective discovery conversations to understand client needs, • Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and follow-ups, • Ensure sufficient value and progression at every stage of the pipeline, • Prepare, manage, and follow up on quotations and proposals, • Apply pricing strategies effectively to achieve target margins, • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and other CRM systems, • Record all client interactions, proposals, and follow-up actions, • Work closely with Marketing, Service Delivery, and Sales teams, • Ensure a smooth handover of new business contracts Essential • Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales, • Consistent achievement of sales targets, • Strong experience in pipeline development xcskxlj and lead conversion, • Experience preparing quotations, bids, and proposals, • Solid commercial awareness, including margin management, • Strong communication and active listening skills, • Ability to prioritise effectively and work independently, • Experience presenting proposals to senior stakeholders We are guided by five core values: • Expertise – Applying deep knowledge while continuously improving, • Integrity – Doing the right thing, always, • Ambition – Driving innovation and leading our industry, • Vision – Helping shape a safer, more sustainable future, • Togetherness – Achieving more through collaboration and inclusion
