We are expanding our Area of Expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AoEIA) and seeking a Generative AI Engineer with a specialization in Large Language Models (LLMs) to work on exciting projects for top-tier clients across Europe. What Are We Looking For? We are seeking a Generative AI Engineer to drive the technical design, integration, and deployment of LLM-based solutions. As part of our Data & Intelligence CoE, you will work on building and optimizing LLMs, integrating them into scalable platforms, and creating AI-driven use cases that solve real-world business challenges. Your expertise will focus on: • Designing and implementing SLM/LLM models (such as GPT, Gemini, or Llama) for various applications, including natural language understanding, text generation, summarization, and more., • Building and integrating LLM-based platforms that deliver AI services in cloud-native, hybrid, or on-prem environments, tailored to client needs., • Developing CI/CD pipelines specifically for LLM deployment and monitoring, ensuring continuous improvement and scalability of AI systems., • Collaborating with data scientists and engineers to create flexible and robust LLM use cases for diverse industries, including customer support automation, knowledge management, content generation, and more., • Overcoming challenges related to scaling LLM models, optimizing performance for inference, and ensuring efficient resource utilization in production environments., • Establishing best practices for managing SLM/LLM fine-tuning and customization, ensuring high-quality model outputs that align with business objectives. What Will You Be Accountable For? As a Generative AI Engineer focusing on LLMs, your key responsibilities will include: • Project Execution: Ensuring successful delivery of LLM-based solutions, developing the necesary pieces of code., • Platform Development: Automating LLM platform management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and deploying LLMs in large-scale environments., • CI/CD and MLOps Integration: Developing pipelines for LLMs that streamline the lifecycle from training and fine-tuning to deployment and performance monitoring., • LLM Customization: Building custom solutions to integrate LLMs with external systems, leveraging APIs, middleware, and bespoke development to meet client requirements., • Innovation: Staying at the forefront of generative AI technologies, particularly LLM advancements, and bringing cutting-edge solutions to our clients. Why Would We Want to Meet You? We’d love to meet you if: • You have 2+ years of experience working with AI projects, specifically involving large language models (GPT, BERT, etc.)., • You have hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)., • You are proficient in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions) and have built pipelines that support AI/ML workflows, especially for LLMs., • You have strong programming skills in languages like Python, with a focus on using machine learning frameworks like Transformers, PyTorch, or TensorFlow., • You have experience deploying LLM models in production, ensuring they meet the specific needs of client use cases., • You have worked on AI-driven projects in a startup, large enterprise, or research environment and have experience operationalizing LLMs for real-world applications. We Value Experience In: • Developing LLM use cases, such as conversational agents, document summarization, content generation, and more., • Implementing MLOps pipelines specifically for the LLM lifecycle, including data preprocessing, inference, and monitoring., • Optimizing large models for efficient inference in production environments., • Experience with model monitoring, retrieval strategies, and feedback loops to continuously improve model performance.
