Tu misión será, en colaboración directa con el Gerente de Proyectos de Interiorismo, responsabilizarte de organizar y gestionar el interiorismo de los proyectos de obra nueva y rehabilitación que te serán asignados. Aportarás ante todo competencias metodológicas, trabajo en equipo y armonía con los otros componentes de los proyectos (Arquitectura, ingeniería y paisajismo), así como con el cliente y el operador hotelero. Ofrecemos un desarrollo profesional tan único como tú… Tus principales funciones serán: - Planificación del proyecto e identificación de las tareas por ejecutar. - Definición de las bases del proyecto de interiorismo y los alcances. - Estudio de los manuales de diseño de las marcas. - Constitución de la documentación preliminar y necesaria para la futura ejecución. - Identifica las diferentes etapas del proceso implicando desde el principio los equipos de explotación, comercial e I+D. - Participar activamente en establecer estándares de los procesos y puestos. - Participar en la definición del presupuesto y del planning de sus proyectos. - Apoyar al responsable del proyecto en fase de realización (reuniones semanales con los intervinientes internos y externos). - Responsable del seguimiento económico de sus proyectos y de los plazos. - Participar en la definición del planning de todos sus proyectos en estudio y en desarrollo. - Realizar controles regulares con el fin de conocer el avance de las diferentes tareas programadas. - Responsable de la consecución de los resultados. - Concept Design para presentar la idea general de los ambientes (layout, revestimientos, iluminación arquitectónica y decorativa, elementos fijos y móviles de FF&E, etc.). - Realización o gestión de la subcontratación de los proyectos de Ejecución (mediciones, planos (zonificación, distribución FF&E, zonas de circulación, etc.). - Realización o gestión de la subcontratación de los planos volumetría, acabados, techos, iluminación arquitectónica, detectores de humo, rejillas de climatización, sprinklers, etc.). - Realización o gestión de la subcontratación de los planos en planta y alzados con acabados verticales y horizontales (suelos, paredes y techos). - Definición de los revestimientos verticales y horizontales, teniendo en cuenta la normativa local contra incendios. - Alzados: Indicando volumetría de cada paramento vertical, acabados, instalaciones eléctricas, carpintería decorativa y mobiliario. - Planos de muebles fabricados a medida con sus respectivos materiales, detalles constructivos necesarios para su fabricación. - Selección del FF&E integral (marcas, modelos, acabados, textiles, etc…), junto con elaboración de catálogo de conceptos con descripción técnica y recuento unitario por zonas. - Estimación económica detallada del FF&E prescrito y solicitud de presupuestos correspondientes. About the job Responsibilities Financial Responsibility for the day-to-day running of the allocated revenue centre with a particular emphasis on driving sales and business growth. Budget responsibility for the centre: delivery of cost of sales, labour, operational costs within given targets and expected figures. Full accountability to the Directors on financial controls and performance to deliver and exceed the budget targets and EBITDA. Preparing and presenting weekly financial reports and analysis. Preparing operational data points to the Directors for reforecasting.
