To strengthen our Customer Service-department within Tosca, we are currently recruiting an enthusiastic Customer Service & Asset Specialist! Position Purpose As the primary point of contact for our customers across Central Europe & Benelux, we’re looking for a Customer Service & Asset Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering a smooth and positive customer experience — from onboarding and order‑to‑invoice coordination to reliable day‑to‑day support. You’ll collaborate closely with internal departments, helping to solve customer needs efficiently while contributing to continuous improvement and quality across our processes. It’s a role where you can truly make an impact, both for our customers and for the way we work! For this role, we expect the new colleague to work from either: • our Oosterhout (the Netherlands) office OR, • our Bönen (Germany) office OR, • our Schelle (Belgium) office OR, • our office in Agrate Brianza, Milan (Italy) Your responsibilities Customer Relationship Management & Support • Act as the primary point of contact for customers in CE & Benelux, ensuring prompt and professional support., • Manage the customer onboarding process, providing seamless and high-quality experience to build long-term relationships., • Serve as the liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution., • Support customers in reporting and resolving quality issues, working closely with the Quality Department until full resolution., • Contribute to monthly customer review meetings, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Order & Asset Management • Ensure a smooth and accurate order-to-invoice process, translating customer needs into operational workflows through constant coordination with relevant teams., • Oversee and manage customer stock audits, including evaluation, communication, finalization, and follow-up actions., • Monitor customer declarations and transactions, promptly addressing any discrepancies or concerns. Data & Process Administration • Maintain and update customer master data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies., • Track and manage asset-related records, ensuring all documentation is up to date and aligned with operational requirements., • Support process improvements to enhance efficiency in customer service, order management, and asset tracking Your profile • For us, motivation and willingness to learn are more important than many years of customer service experience or another relevant field., • You have excellent written and spoken Dutch and English skills. Knowledge of German or French is considered a plus., • You work accurately, know how to set priorities, and remain focused even under tight deadlines., • You are resilient, independent, and well organized., • You communicate professionally and constructively with customers and colleagues., • You are familiar with the MS Office package. Training and thorough onboarding are provided for our internal software., • You are a true team player and bring a positive attitude to the workplace.
