As a Bilingual Shift Supervisor, you will form part of our management team to ensure a fabulous experience for everyone who visits Mayan Monkey Mijas during your shift.
You will ensure the adherence of daily operations across the different areas (shop-café, workshops, production) to company protocols, ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth efficient production and a motivated, happy team — all while communicating confidently in both Spanish and English with customers, suppliers, and staff.

Lead, supervise, and motivate shift team members across retail, workshops, production, packaging and housekeeping areas.
Ensure production meets our high standards of quality, safety, and presentation.
Greet, assist, and guide international customers and workshop participants.
Train, mentor, and support team members to reach their potential.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized factory environment.
Oversee inventory levels, ordering supplies when necessary and ensuring FIFO compliance.
Quickly identify and resolve any operational or customer service issues.
Complete accurate shift reports and communicate handovers effectively.
Act as a brand ambassador for Mayan Monkey Mijas, upholding our values of sustainability, creativity, and kindness. Candidate Requirements - Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken) - Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience (in food production, hospitality, retail, or similar).
