Reporting to the Engineering managers, you will oversee a team of Engineering and painter specialists responsible for all engineering operations for interior/exterior facilities. What you will do: · Supervision of all engineering works necessary to maintain the property in an efficient condition to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests and employees. · Oversee the smooth day to day operation of the Engineering department, ensuring 24 hour manning of the property. · Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with contractors and suppliers who will furnish reliable 24 hour emergency service as necessary. · Ensure proper execution of work order systems and that items are followed up on for completion. · Handling the purchasing of equipment, replacement parts and repairs, maintaining stock levels, including liaising with vendors and suppliers. · Work cohesively with Housekeeping to maintain our guest rooms to the highest levels of quality and functionality.
