The Role:
We are looking for a knowledgeable, charismatic, and passionate Sommelier to join our opening team. You will be responsible for curating wine pairings, managing the wine list, training staff, and elevating the guest experience through storytelling and expertise.
You Are:
• Certified Sommelier (WSET Level 2 minimum or equivalent)
• Highly knowledgeable in international wines, especially natural and Old/New World wines
• Experienced in pairing wines with complex, fusion cuisine
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
• Polished, presentable, and confident in guest interaction
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Recommend wine pairings for our diverse, flavour-driven menu
• Maintain wine stock and oversee cellar organisation
• Train FOH staff on wine knowledge and service
• Build relationships with suppliers and manage ordering
• Engage with guests and create memorable wine moments
