Revolutionizing recruitment through growth and product marketing Why this role matters JOIN helps thousands of businesses find the right people, faster and with less friction. Around 30,000 companies across Europe use JOIN, and most of them sign up, try the product and buy without ever talking to sales. We're looking for a Senior Growth Product Marketing Manager to own that self-serve journey. Our ambition is a product-led motion that stands next to the best PLG companies in the world, and you'll set the bar for it. You'll shape how we position JOIN, how users discover and adopt new features, and how they move from sign-up to paying customer. And you'll build it to run on its own, using AI and automation so it scales with our user base, not with your hours. What you'll be doing You'll own product marketing for our product-led motion, from first website visit to upgrade. Here's what that looks like: • Own positioning and messaging for JOIN's self-serve plans across DACH, France and Spain., • Plan and run feature launches end to end, from internal briefing to in-app announcements, emails and help content., • Drive feature adoption: find where users get stuck, then fix it with in-app guides, onboarding flows and targeted messaging., • Own all lifecycle flows in Customer.io: trial activation, conversion, upgrade, retention and win-back., • Run a high-tempo experimentation program across our website, sign-up, onboarding and pricing pages, and make the winners the new default., • Build AI-powered systems that run on their own: behaviour-based segmentation, personalised journeys, research synthesis and experiment analysis., • Define and own our PLG metrics (activation, feature adoption, trial-to-paid conversion, expansion) together with our BI team., • Study the best PLG companies and bring what works for them to JOIN. Who you'll work with You'll report to the Head of Product and work closely with Product Managers, Design, UX Research, BI and Engineering. As a senior individual contributor, you'll set the standard for how JOIN does growth. This role is purely product-led, so there's no sales enablement: your audience is our users, not our sales team. Your first months at JOIN • Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for core product-led growth initiatives, ensuring clear positioning across user touchpoints., • Collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to analyze user behavior and optimize the self-serve funnel., • Design and run continuous experimentation programs to improve activation, retention, and expansion rates., • Translate complex product features into compelling messaging that resonates with users navigating our recruitment platform. What we're looking for We don't believe in checklists, but if most of these apply, we'd love to talk: ✔ 6+ years in product, growth or lifecycle marketing at B2B SaaS companies, with real time spent in a product-led or self-serve motion. ✔ You've worked at or closely with a PLG company known for its growth engine, so you know what world-class looks like up close. ✔ Launch, adoption and conversion wins you can tie to numbers, and a few honest failures you learned from. ✔ You've built lifecycle journeys and experiments yourself in tools like Customer.io, Braze or Amplitude, not just briefed them. ✔ Strong with data: you write your own queries or build your own dashboards, read funnels and design experiments with proper sample sizes. ✔ You build things to last: you'd rather spend a week on a system than repeat the same task every week. ✔ Clear, sharp writing in English. German is a strong plus, French or Spanish a plus. ✔ You use AI to do real work, not to churn out content: you've built workflows or agents that segment users, synthesise research, analyse experiments or personalise journeys, and you know where the output needs human judgement. Our Values ❤️ People First: We put humans at the heart of hiring. 🚀 Own It: We take initiative and solve problems independently. 🛠 Work Smarter: Efficiency beats effort. 💡 Be Bold: Challenge the status quo and push boundaries. At JOIN, we thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment, and we're looking for people who do too. That means: • We follow a hybrid model (3 days office, 2 remote) to promote collaboration., • We adapt quickly and embrace change., • We continuously challenge ourselves and each other to improve. This role might not be ideal if: • You'd rather brief agencies or other teams than build things yourself., • You mainly use AI to produce more content, faster., • Your strength is sales decks and enterprise deals., • You want a fully remote position., • You prefer minimal change and a slower pace. What's in it for you? 🖥 Apple hardware: The best tools for the job (M3 Pro MacBook Pro). 🏆 Team events: Brunches, sports activities, and quarterly gatherings in Berlin. 🌍 Productivity from Everywhere: 104 days per year remote (post-probation), following our hybrid policy. 🏦 Competitive salary: Tailored to align with your experience level. 🏠 Relocation support: Assistance with paperwork, travel, and one month of furnished accommodation. 📈 Real ownership: Set the growth bar for a product tens of thousands of companies use, working directly with the Head of Product. What to expect from the hiring process We respect your time and keep things transparent: 1️⃣ Intro call (~30 min): Let's see if we're a good match. 2️⃣ Hiring Manager Interview (~45 min): Dive into expectations and the best growth work you've done. 3️⃣ Case Study (~60 to 90 min): Walk us through a launch or lifecycle plan for a real JOIN feature, including an AI workflow you'd build for it. 4️⃣ Meet the Team (Optional): Connect with your future colleagues in Product, Design and BI. You'll always know where you stand: no black holes, no ghosting. We welcome applications from individuals of all ages, abilities, genders, religions, and diverse backgrounds. If you need assistance during the hiring process or in the workplace, let us know! Don't meet every requirement? No problem! We're always open to exceptional candidates and value diversity in all forms. 📩 Apply now: We'd love to connect with you!
