Build and grow your own market within the European flower trade while working with buyers and growers across multiple continents. About the Role At Florazu, we are looking for B2B Account Managers to help expand our presence in Europe and develop one or more of the following markets Italy Balkan region: Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro. Baltics Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania + Finland Greece Cyprus Ukraine Poland In this role, you will build relationships with wholesale buyers, identify commercial opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting the market to closing deals, sourcing products and conducting strategic account management. You will actively develop new business through direct outreach, networking, and relationship building, building your own portfolio of clients in the region. The flower trade is a fast-moving environment where commercial decisions, negotiation, and strong relationships play a key role. The role begins with an initial onboarding and training period working closely with the team in Barcelona, after which you will independently manage your market and client relationships. About Florazu Florazu is an international flower marketplace connecting growers in Latin America and Africa with wholesale buyers across Europe. Our B2B platform simplifies sourcing, purchasing, logistics, and payments, helping growers reach new markets while enabling buyers to efficiently source flowers from different regions. By combining technology with industry expertise, we streamline international flower trade and support long-term relationships between growers and buyers. What You Will Do Develop New Business : Identify and engage wholesale buyers through proactive outreach, networking, and market research. Manage Client Relationships : Build and maintain a portfolio of buyers, guiding them through the full purchasing cycle—from onboarding to repeat orders. Source & Negotiate Offers : Identify suitable flower offers through our platform and negotiate with growers to secure competitive opportunities for your customers. Monitor Orders : Track order status daily and respond promptly to any changes to ensure smooth execution. Market Expansion : Spot trends, new opportunities, and insights to support Florazu’s growth. Customer Visits & Representation : Travel to meet clients and attend industry trade events to strengthen relationships and represent Florazu. Collaboration & Communication : Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure clear communication between growers and clients and maintain smooth order execution. Why This Role Is Interesting Market Ownership : You will develop and manage your own client portfolio with a high degree of autonomy. International Exposure : Work daily with growers and buyers from different countries and occasionally travel to meet customers or attend industry fairs. Dynamic Industry : The flower trade moves quickly and requires commercial instinct, relationship management, resilience, and adaptability. Direct Commercial Impact : Your work directly contributes to sales growth and the expansion of Florazu in new markets. What We’re Looking For Market Familiarity : Strong understanding of the country or region you are applying for. Languages : Fluency in English (company language) and at least one language relevant to the market you will develop. Location : Barcelona-based candidates are preferred, as the initial onboarding and training phase takes place from there. Experience : At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer-facing roles. Experience working with wholesalers, trading companies, or fresh produce/flower businesses is a plus but not required. Skills Strong communication and negotiation skills Commercial mindset and relationship-building ability Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms Organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Independent Professional Collaboration : This role is structured as an independent professional collaboration, offering a high degree of autonomy in managing your market, clients, and schedule once the initial onboarding period is completed. Compensation : The monthly payment includes: €2,250 base + €100 operational bonus + 10% service pool based on sales contribution. International Team : Work with colleagues and partners across Europe, Latin America, and Africa in a truly international environment. Commercial Ownership : Develop and grow your own market portfolio with autonomy and responsibility. Industry Exposure : Opportunities to visit clients and attend trade fairs within the European flower industry.
