This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Growth and Optimisation Manager at WELCOMEBEDS.COM located in Palma. This role requires a proactive, analytical, and commercially savvy professional with a strong background in sales growth, account management and optimisation strategies within the travel industry. It also involves day-to-day tasks related to optimizing XML data feeds, ensuring data accuracy, and enhancing the overall functionality and performance of the clients and platforms. Functions: • Client Growth Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue from existing clients, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities., • Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key partners, ensuring long-term, profitable relationships., • Performance Optimisation: Analyze booking patterns, pricing strategies, and market trends to enhance client performance and competitiveness., • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data insights to provide recommendations that improve conversion rates and maximize sales potential., • Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (commercial, product, and tech) to ensure client needs are met efficiently., • Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth., • Client Training & Support: Educate partners on best practices, tools, and strategies to optimize their business with our platform. Requirements: • Proven experience in client growth, sales, account management, or revenue optimisation within the travel, hospitality, or bed bank sector., • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights., • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong client relationships., • Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)., • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment., • Knowledge of hotel distribution, connectivity, and travel tech platforms is advantageous., • Fluent in English., • Fluent in any other language will be a plus.
