You will participate in the pre‑sales phase by defining the product that best suits client needs and, in the implementation/post‑sales phase, provide hotline support, application development, and client training. Additionally, you will collaborate in the development of new applications, participate in trade fairs, and support troubleshooting and maintenance activities. /p pWe are looking for a candidate to join the Robotics Department as an Applications Engineer to provide support for Robots and AGV/AMR in the robotics division, serving both internal clients (Sales, Marketing) and external customers. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liConduct programming and operator training for clients, both at Stäubli facilities and at the client’s site. /li liDevelop robotic applications in collaboration with the client and other suppliers. /li liSupport engineering teams in application development. /li liProvide hotline support: be part of the technical service team handling the assistance hotline. /li liAssist the sales team with technical support by performing simulations and defining technical aspects of new projects. /li liDevelop new demonstration cells. /li liProvide support and assistance at trade fairs/technical events with a technical focus. /li liEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty by maintaining the company’s standards. /li liOccasionally support preventive and corrective maintenance tasks and repairs on customer premises, including travel, maintenance/repair, and commissioning of the system. /li liAttend training sessions held at the group’s headquarters. /li liPerform internal reporting on executed tasks. /li liAchieve technical department goals. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum requirement: CFGS/CFGM studies in robotics or demonstrable prior experience. /li liA minimum of 2 years of experience in robot and PLC programming. /li liAvailability to travel nationally and internationally. /li liValid driving license in Spain. /li liLanguages: Spanish Level C2, English Level B2 (must be able to speak, understand, and write). /li liA person with strong communication skills, teamwork ability, openness to change, and resilience. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 ul liPermanent contract /li liRole with an estimated distribution of 80% of working time at client sites and 20% in the office. /li liNational and international travel required, approximately 30% of the time (including time outside Barcelona). /li liOn‑site position /li liOffice located in the industrial area of Sant Quirze /li liEmbrace the company's vision, values, and target behaviors. /li /ul h3Inclusive environment promoting diversity and equal opportunity employment /h3 pThe company's policy is to recruit a diverse workforce and follow the guidelines of the Equality Act.
