The services business is increasingly winning contracts that are managed by third-party sourcing advisors. Insight is therefore seeking a dynamic and experienced Advisor and Analyst Relations Manager to manage and nurture relationships with third-party advisors and industry market researchers. This role involves ensuring that advisors are familiar with Insight's services and offerings, and are able to guide future clients to the full range of value that Insight brings. Role Overview As an Account-Based CTO, you will serve as the senior technology leader aligned with one or more strategic client accounts. You will act as the trusted technical adviser to senior client stakeholders while overseeing the architectural integrity and delivery assurance of integrated solutions. This role combines practical technical leadership, strategic consulting, and account stewardship to ensure long-term success and growth within key accounts. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Strategic Leadership • Operate as the technical executive sponsor for assigned accounts, building trusted relationships with client CIOs, CTOs, architects, and business leaders., • Understand client business priorities, technology landscapes, and industry dynamics to shape tailored solution roadmaps., • Translate client strategy into actionable technology and delivery plans in collaboration with internal practice teams. Solution Design & Governance • Lead solution architecture and technical design assurance for complex integration and modernisation programmes., • Ensure proposed solutions are scalable, secure, cost-effective, and aligned to industry best practices., • Chair technical governance forums and steer client architecture boards as needed. Delivery Oversight & Risk Management • Provide technical oversight during the full project lifecycle – from discovery and design to implementation and transition., • Identify and mitigate delivery risks, performance bottlenecks, and scope creep., • Act as an escalation point for technical challenges within assigned accounts. Thought Leadership & Industry Influence • Actively contribute to the company’s thought leadership by authoring whitepapers, blogs, and position papers on emerging technologies, integration strategies, and digital transformation., • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars, delivering keynote presentations or participating in expert panels., • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop high-impact content that supports brand authority, lead generation, and client engagement., • Drive internal knowledge-sharing initiatives through leadership briefings, technology roundtables, and innovation forums., • Build and maintain relationships with analysts, technology partners, and standards bodies to ensure the company stays at the forefront of industry developments., • Support strategic bid efforts by contributing to technical writing for RFP responses, capability statements, and executive summaries. Team Leadership & Collaboration • Work cross-functionally with delivery leads, solution architects, engineers, and commercial teams to align client outcomes., • Mentor technical teams and contribute to capability development within the organisation., • Support pre-sales and bid development with technically sound and commercially viable propositions. Required Skills & Experience • Proven experience in a senior technical leadership role (CTO, Chief Architect, Principal Consultant) within a consultancy, SI, or enterprise environment., • Deep understanding of systems integration patterns, enterprise architecture, and multi-cloud/hybrid environments., • Demonstrable experience in shaping and delivering complex programmes across sectors (public sector experience desirable)., • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders., • Familiarity with modern technology stacks: APIs, microservices, DevOps, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), SaaS platforms, data platforms, security frameworks., • Experience with solution assurance, architecture governance, and technology roadmaps., • This role is hybrid, 2 days in the Insight office in Paris, • Industry Focus: Financial Services (FSI), Manufacturing & Industry, Retail & Consumer Preferred Qualifications • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)., • TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect certifications, or other enterprise architecture frameworks., • Knowledge of ITIL, Agile/SAFe, and project or programme management methodologies., • Experience in sectors like banking/financial services, retail/luxury companies or manufacturing/energy is essential.
