Talent Development & Onboarding Specialist – Paris Job Code: 62181 Join a dynamic Talent Development team in Paris as a Talent Development & Onboarding Specialist, where you'll play a key role in coordinating onboarding and supporting talent development initiatives to deliver a consistent and engaging employee experience. Key Responsibilities Talent Development: • Coordinate training programs, including scheduling, logistics, materials, and technical setup., • Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including session creation, enrolment management, attendance tracking, and user support., • Collaborate with global teams and external vendors to ensure engaging, consistent learning experiences., • Support the implementation of learning and development strategies aligned with global initiatives., • Work with the Analytics team to monitor learning activity, measure program impact, and provide insights., • Manage digital learning platforms, ensuring up-to-date content and user engagement., • Promote internal training opportunities and liaise with external providers for program delivery., • Deliver engaging induction sessions to introduce new joiners to the company culture and ways of working., • Act as the first point of contact for new employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience., • Liaise with HR, Compliance, Office Management, and Security teams to coordinate onboarding processes in Paris., • Manage the Buddy Program, including tracking and feedback collection., • Maintain and distribute welcome kits and learning resources., • Contribute ideas to improve the onboarding experience and new joiner engagement., • 5+ years in a similar role within talent development, onboarding, or learning & development in a global organisation., • Strong interest in employee experience and fostering a learning culture., • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work with a range of stakeholders., • Detail-oriented with a structured, methodical approach to coordination., • Proficient with LMS platforms, Workday (preferred), and other digital learning tools., • Ability to analyse learning data and generate meaningful insights., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to engage employees at all levels., • Proactive, dependable, and collaborative, with the ability to work both independently and within global teams.
