As part of our Technical & Information Systems Department, you will play a key role in the development, reliability, and performance of our IT and telecommunications infrastructures. Supported by your manager and integrated into a dynamic team, you will contribute to a variety of strategic projects within a fast-growing international environment. Your Responsibilities As a key technical contributor, you will be responsible for: • Managing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network and telecommunications infrastructures, both internally and for our customers., • Supporting technical project delivery and producing the associated documentation., • Diagnosing and resolving IT incidents remotely or on-site., • Coordinating with network service providers, monitoring incident tickets, and ensuring timely resolution., • Acting as the liaison between field teams, vendors, and support services., • Raising user awareness and promoting cybersecurity best practices., • Managing IT procurement activities, purchase tracking, and hardware inventory., • Documenting system architectures, configurations, and project-specific technical requirements., • Contributing to the continuous improvement of tools, automation processes, and information systems., • Installing, configuring, and maintaining network equipment and services., • Enhancing the security of infrastructures, digital assets, and data., • Providing high-quality technical support to internal users., • Identifying, analyzing, and escalating system issues, bugs, and enhancement requests., • Collaborating closely with all departments across the company., • Participating in high-impact cross-functional projects within the Group., • Ensuring accurate reporting and sharing best practices with the team. Candidate Profile • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network & Telecommunications Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline., • Well-organized, detail-oriented, autonomous, and adaptable., • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and a customer-oriented approach., • Curious and passionate about new technologies, eager to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced SME environment where initiative and versatility are valued., • Motivated by technical challenges and enthusiastic about contributing to innovative projects.
