Role: International Sales Executive Location: Flexible. What You'll Be Doing • New Business Development: Drive global new business opportunities in international markets, representing approximately 80% of role focus, with fine fragrance houses, flavour houses, and niche brands., • Account Management: With time, manage and grow a select portfolio of strategic existing customers, representing approximately 20% of activity., • Commercial Negotiation: Lead pricing and margin negotiations in close coordination with the senior leadership to ensure sustainable and profitable growth., • Strategic Agreements: Support the development and negotiation of long-term supply agreements with key customers., • Sales Planning: Contribute to category-level forecasting, pipeline management, and sales planning., • Industry Reputation: Represent the company at international trade fairs, client meetings, and industry events., • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with sourcing, production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure commercial commitments are operationally aligned. About You For those excited by new experiences and international exposure, this role includes significant time in Morocco, ideally relocating to Morocco for the first 6–12 months to fully immerse yourself in the business. Although candidates who cannot fully relocate, but are willing to spend the majority of their time there during the first six months with ongoing travel to Morocco of approximately one week per month thereafter, will also be considered.
