Role: Senior Project Manager Location: Montigny-le-Bretonneux Salary: €50,000 to €86,000 per year DOE We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate strategic engineering projects in a technically challenging environment. You will play a pivotal role throughout all project phases, from architecture and development to verification, while collaborating with a passionate, experienced team in a human-sized company that values innovation and teamwork. Key Responsibilities • Lead project planning, coordination, and execution in alignment with business goals, • Facilitate effective communication across teams, including meetings, reports, dashboards, and informal updates, • Manage project risks, changes, and requirements (PoR scope), • Oversee quality assurance of engineering activities, ensuring process adherence and continuous improvement, • Maintain configuration and version control (GIT, CI/CD) and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables (OTD/OQD), • Analyse and debug automated test results and monitor test coverage (UT, IT, UAT), • Develop and maintain CI/CD automation pipelines (Jama, Jira, Jenkins, GIT, internal testing tools), • Resolve conflicts and support team collaboration across functions Experience and Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in semiconductor design or software/EDA project management, • Hands-on understanding of semiconductor design processes and methodologies, • Strong expertise in agile software development and related practices, • Proficiency with development and project tools (Jira, Git, Jenkins, etc.), • Solid debugging skills and experience solving complex technical problems, • Proven track record in requirements gathering, roadmap planning, change management, product delivery, and version control, • Experience in test strategy design and hardware verification (SV/UVM) is a plus, • Python scripting knowledge is an advantage, • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, • Structured, delivery-focused, and quality-driven work style, • Creative, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset Education Requirements • Master’s degree (Bac +5) or PhD in Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields, • Fluent in English and French Compensation • Competitive base salary, depending on experience and qualifications, between €50,000 and €86,000 per year Join us and contribute to impactful projects in a collaborative, innovative environment where your expertise truly makes a difference.
