We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and result-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Blagnac. 📌 Responsibilities As a Sales Manager, you will manage a customer portfolio and drive the development of our activities, particularly those related to aircraft transition support. • You will be the sales focal for some customers to propose the full scope of Sabena technics portfolio,, • In addition, you will be the leading the sales actions for all customers related to A/C transition support, • Identifying and developing new sales opportunities through customer visits, prospecting, and event participation., • Maintaining strong customer intimacy at all organizational levels., • Ensuring customer satisfaction and proper follow‑up of actions., • Preparing and coordinating responses to RFQs/RFPs with internal teams., • Negotiating and drafting contracts in line with legal and corporate guidelines., • Participating in industry events and strengthening your professional network., • Monitoring competitors to identify new business opportunities., • Providing regular reporting to your management and sharing key insights with internal stakeholders., • Traveling approximately 30% of your time. 📌 You’re the right fit if : • You enjoy being out in the field: visiting customers, attending events, trade shows, and meeting stakeholders face to face., • You excel in listening, identifying needs, and building strong, trusting relationships., • You know how to turn opportunities into tangible commercial success., • You enjoy working autonomously while collaborating closely with internal teams., • You are solution‑oriented — both for customers and internally when challenges arise., • Application booster: if you have worked in technical A/C transition (delivery, induction, phase out) you have done half the path 👉 Your profile • Positive attitude, team spirit, and strong customer service mindset., • Excellent English skills (written & spoken)., • Ability to communicate, present, and negotiate effectively at all organizational levels., • Strong planning and organizational skills to meet targets., • Existing network within airlines or lessors is a strong asset., • Experience in aircraft transition activities is highly appreciated. 📌 What do we offer you ? • Main location : Blagnac, • Fix + bonus (30%), • Tickets restaurant, • Travel your area, • CSE : holiday discounts, tickets discounts, etc.
