Responsibilities
- Maintain an organized office environment
- Manage office supplies and handle mail/deliveries
- Prepare, file, and manage documents (digital & physical)
- Draft and respond to emails and letters
- Schedule and coordinate meetings/appointments
- Answer phone calls and handle customer enquiries
- Update records, spreadsheets, and databases
- Assist with invoices, receipts, and basic finance tasks
- Support management with general admin duties
Requirements
- Previous admin/office experience preferred
- Good communication and people skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Able to multitask and work independently
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
