Healthora Care Group is looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations at our Chatham location.
Responsibilities

  • Maintain an organized office environment
  • Manage office supplies and handle mail/deliveries
  • Prepare, file, and manage documents (digital & physical)
  • Draft and respond to emails and letters
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings/appointments
  • Answer phone calls and handle customer enquiries
  • Update records, spreadsheets, and databases
  • Assist with invoices, receipts, and basic finance tasks
  • Support management with general admin duties

Requirements

  • Previous admin/office experience preferred
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Able to multitask and work independently
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
