Baker
Baker duties:
-Assisting with the completion of production shifts as required, including all associated duties
-Following all required procedures for the opening and/ or closing of the production area of the shop
-Following all PAUL recipes consistently to ensure that our products are made to the highest possible quality in line with our specifications
-Ensuring sufficient preparation levels for the whole day’s service by following the production plan; responding to relance requirements in a timely manner to ensure displays are continually looking full
-Performing all required cleaning duties, and ensuring that all areas of production are maintained to agreed standards of cleanliness & hygiene and left accordingly at the end of your shift
-Complete all required daily production procedures, including equipment checks
-Processing deliveries ensuring errors are fully communicated and stock is correctly stored
