Job title: Sous Chef Work Location: East London, E20 1GN Rate: £32,000 Contract: Full Time, Permanent, 45 hours, 5 days a week, Mondays-Sundays, 10am - 11:30 on a rota basis (subject to change) Job Purpose: As Sous Chef, you will be second in command. You will assist the Head Chef to manage staff training, meet KPI targets, maintain high standards in food safety, customer service, health and safety etc. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Food preparation and cooking Continuously seek to improve the guest experience Maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene Lead, manage, develop, schedule and supervise the team Training and development of all colleagues.
