It’s a consultant position where you’ll partner with high-value clients, influence strategy, and deliver impactful search assignments and create a stand out experience for clients and candidates. Minimum fee values start at £7k ranging to £45k, so you’ll be working on impactful, high-value assignments from day one. What You’ll Do: • Partner with the top 5% of GTM talent, VP-level and C-suite leaders at some of the most exciting SaaS vendors in EMEA to scale their GTM teams., • Own and deliver the full 270° consultant remit: client development, retained/exclusive search execution and senior candidate management., • Build and nurture long-term, strategic relationships with senior candidates and clients., • Act as a trusted advisor on hiring strategy, talent mapping, and market intelligence., • Contribute to TalentStack’s growth, culture and strategic direction; mentor junior team members if desired. What We’re Looking For: • Experience in senior appointments, or strategic recruitment, executive search, or senior B2B sales with a consultative approach., • Comfortable operating at a senior level with SaaS leadership teams., • Strong client development skills with a track record of winning and growing accounts., • Naturally consultative - able to build trust, credibility and influence at senior level., • Ambitious, commercially-minded and proactive with a solutions-focused mindset., • Ideally experienced in tech, SaaS or GTM recruitment/search, but we’re open to outstanding operators from adjacent markets.
