Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Deputy Manager who are seeking career advancement with leadership experience to support children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP).
This is a part-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager located in Islington. The Deputy Manager will support the Nursery Manager/Director in the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. The Deputy Manager will also conduct assessments, plan activities, and ensure the environment is safe and stimulating for all children and assist the manager in their role. Managing staff, managing ratio, implementing curriculum, overseeing child welfare and engaging with families.
