About the job
We are looking for charming and thoughtful individuals with a passion for service excellence to join our team as a Night Receptionist.

As a Night Receptionist you will:
Be highly courteous and give our guests a memorable welcome and lasting impression
Provide exceptional service by demonstrating full knowledge of our products, services and facilities
Ensure that the daily task list is completed effectively
Work collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver captivating experiences
Take initiative in accommodating our guests needs in a resourceful manner

Successful Night Receptionists have:
Excellent guest engagement skills
An ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel
Willingness to learn and work with IT systems quickly
The ability to communicate and organize yourself in line with different guest expectations
A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous
