This is a varied role where you’ll work across both our accommodation and leisure departments, helping to deliver a fantastic guest experience throughout their stay at Butlin’s. To begin with, you’ll be involved in our core leisure activities such as archery and pottery painting, building your confidence in guest interaction and activity delivery. As you develop in the role, you’ll progress into larger-scale activities and sports-based areas, including football academy sessions, high ropes, and more. Alongside this, you’ll support our accommodation team, helping to prepare and clean rooms ready for arriving guests on key changeover days (Mondays and Fridays). The rest of your week will be spent delivering and supporting activities within the sports and leisure department. No two days are the same, and you’ll gain hands-on experience across some of our most guest-facing areas, working with different teams and meeting a wide range of guests. Our resorts operate seven days a week, so flexibility is required, including evenings and weekends. We’re looking for energetic, positive individuals who are ready to interact with guests and bring activities to life. You’ll enjoy getting involved, learning new skills, and delivering fun, engaging experiences. You don’t need to have a sports coaching background, although it would be beneficial. What matters most is your ‘can do’ attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for creating memorable moments for our guests. You’ll be a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves variety in your role, and is excited by the opportunity to grow - starting with smaller activities and progressing into larger sports and adventure-based roles. About Your Role • You will work across Away From Home outlets in Birmingham, supporting Convenience and Food customers on behalf of CCEP. Working alongside the Away From Home Representative, you will provide an added execution layer, helping us improve availability, visibility, cooler standards, activation and distribution growth., • Improve product availability, visibility and presentation across CCEP's range, ensuring the right products and pack formats are available for consumers., • Support new cooler installations from day one, complete planograms and cooler audits, improve stock levels and maximise share of visible inventory., • Identify opportunities to introduce new SKUs, expand ranging of priority brands and improve distribution across existing and prospect outlets., • Build displays, execute promotional activity and ensure point-of-sale materials are activated to the highest standard., • Be comfortable using an iPhone and iPad for communication, navigation and reporting., • Your development matters to us. Instead of working in one department, we’re looking for new Team Members to work across different teams on resort to support our guests and provide them with a fantastic experience during their stay with Butlin’s. Our lifeguards play a vital role in making sure guests have a fun and safe experience in our pool and on the flumes at Splash Waterworld. Safety is our top priority, so this position demands excellent attention to detail, alongside a warm and engaging approach to customer service. You’ll also lead and support poolside activities, helping create unforgettable moments for our guests. You will be a high spirited and fun-loving multi-tasker who loves learning new things and working with a like-minded group of people. As a Team Member Plus, you will work on Monday and Fridays cleaning our accommodation and then will work as a lifeguard the rest of your contracted hours. No day will ever be the same and you will enjoy the variety of working with lots of different team members and guests. If you have a previous lifeguard qualification that's brilliant, but we will also put you through your NPLQ course, giving you all the training you need to start your career in lifeguarding.
