The Role We are seeking an experienced Regional Account Manager to manage and develop customer relationships across the South of the UK. This is a highly autonomous, field-based role involving extensive UK travel, with a strong emphasis on customer retention, service quality, and operational support. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering teams and act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring service levels and contractual commitments are consistently met. This is a service-led role, not a sales position.
