This full-time role is ideal for graduates, youth workers, mentors, or individuals considering a future career in education, counselling, psychology, social work, or pastoral care.\n\nThis is a rewarding opportunity to become a valued member of a supportive pastoral team, helping students thrive both academically and personally while taking responsibility for a form group within a designated year group.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs a Pastoral Support Assistant, you will work closely with students, pastoral leaders, teachers, and families to ensure that every student receives the support they need to succeed.
