Systems, Processes & Reporting  • Review and improve accounting systems and internal controls as the group scales. , • Implement clear financial reporting structures between venue teams, central finance, and leadership. , • Ensure all statutory and compliance obligations (HMRC, Companies House, etc.) are met. , • Support the digital transformation of the finance function, from automation to cloud-based reporting / AI developments. 5. Leadership & Team Development • Work closely with venue GMs, operations, and HR to embed financial awareness across teams. , • Cost control optimisation. , • Champion a culture of accountability and transparency around budgets and costs. 6.
