Customer Service & Sales Administrator Are you a highly organised customer service professional with experience in sales administration and export coordination? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same?\n We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service & Sales Administrator to join a busy and growing team. This is a varied and rewarding role supporting both UK and international customers while helping deliver exceptional service standards.\n The Role You will play a key role in managing customer relationships, processing orders, coordinating export shipments, and supporting wider sales and operations teams. Working closely with colleagues across Sales, Supply Chain, Accounts, Marketing, and Logistics, you will help ensure a smooth customer journey from enquiry through to delivery.\n This role would suit someone with strong administration skills, excellent communication abilities, and previous experience within customer service, export administration, or international logistics.\n Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales Support \nManage inbound customer enquiries via phone and email \nProcess customer orders accurately and efficiently \nProvide day-to-day support to the sales team \nIssue invoices and credit notes \nMaintain customer pricing and account information \nResolve customer queries relating to products, stock, pricing, shortages, and deliveries \nCoordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams regarding stock availability and bulk orders \nManage warranty claims from investigation through to resolution Amazon & Customer Portal Management \nProcess Amazon orders and acknowledgements \nMaintain and update ASIN codes \nResolve pricing discrepancies and shortage claims \nManage customer portals for key accounts Export Customer Service & Administration \nCoordinate export orders from receipt through to dispatch \nPrepare and manage export documentation including: \nCommercial invoices \nPacking lists \nCertificates of origin \nShipping and customs documentation \nLetters of credit \nCountry-specific export paperwork \nArrange collections and shipments with freight providers \nLiaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping agents \nSupport customers with international freight quotations \nEnsure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements \nPrepare Dangerous Goods Notes (DGN) and Chamber of Commerce certifications \nMonitor delivery schedules and resolve shipment or documentation issues Team Support & Continuous Improvement \nHelp foster a positive, high-performance team culture \nSupport team coordination and scheduling \nAssist with developing and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) \nIdentify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies Skills & Experience Required \nPrevious experience in customer service, sales administration, export administration, or international logistics \nStrong knowledge of export documentation and shipping procedures \nExcellent organisational skills and attention to detail \nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines \nStrong communication and problem-solving skills \nProficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/order processing systems \nTeam-oriented with a proactive attitude Desirable Skills \nKnowledge of Incoterms and international trade compliance \nExperience working with freight forwarders and customs authorities \nAdditional language skills Personal Attributes \nHighly organised and dependable \nCustomer-focused with a professional approach \nAble to work calmly under pressure \nPractical and adaptable \nStrong team player with excellent communication skills What We Offer \nA varied and rewarding role within a supportive team environment \nOpportunities to develop your skills and experience \nExposure to both UK and international operations \nA collaborative and fast-paced working environment
