Experienced Maintenance person required to maintain showrooms, private viewing sites and client areas to a five-star standard, ensuring that every detail of the facility reflects the prestige vehicles on show. Previous experience in high-end environments (luxury hotels, private estates, or premium dealerships) will be advantageous, but not essential. ROLE: • Conduct daily walkthroughs to identify and fix any aesthetic imperfections (scuffs on walls, lighting failures, floor marks)., • Maintain specialized showroom flooring., • Ensure external signage, entrance gates, and landscaping are pristine., • Arranging via specialists plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs., • Manage HVAC filter changes and basic checks to ensure climate control is optimal for historic vehicle storage., • Oversee the maintenance of specialised equipment., • Coordinate with external contractors (security, fire safety, heavy maintenance)., • Monitor chemical storage (detailing products, oils) and ensure compliance with site safety standards., • Maintain clear and safe access paths in high-value storage areas. REQUIREMENTS: • Excellent "eye for detail"., • Comfortable working around high-profile clients with total professionalism., • A "jack-of-all-trades" who understands that no task is too small, from hanging rare automotive art to fixing a leak in the canteen., • Basic proficiency in multiple trades (painting/decorating, basic electrics, plumbing)., • Ability to lift and move equipment safely around., • Full, clean driving license.
